This is an awesome product. My wife does the cupping more than I do. Have shoulder pain and tried based off the instructional videos and glad I saw that. Shoulder feeling good and only did a 3 min session. Pain relief and priced perfectly. The heat and suction function is perfect, I could feel it moving all around in the pain area.

I've only tried cupping once and it wasn't a comfortable experience so when I got the opportunity to try it at home I was a little skeptical. There's a little bit of a learning curve but once you get the hang of it I'm absolutely sold. It's easy to use portable, and the best part is how immediate the pain relief is! I used it on my low back and as soon as I took it off the pain was gone! I did an 80 mile bike ride a few days later and was curious to see how it would help with recovery. I used it on my right quad and not my left and there was a distinct difference between them immediately after and even the next day. The right quad felt refreshed and ready to go and the left one just continued to feel heavy and worn out. I'm still getting the hang of using it and haven't tried all of the ways to use it but I'm excited to have it as part of my recovery regimen!

This product is a game changer!My calf muscles have really been sore and tight 7 months post total knee replacement.
